Moxy Bern Expo Hotel

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially appreciated the convenient parking options and the easy access to transportation. The location right next to the train station made it extremely convenient to explore this city. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

We had a great experience staying at a modern and trendy hotel, conveniently located right next to Wankdorf train station. The room was spacious, clean, and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast with plenty of choices to start our day. The hotel's proximity to the train station made it easy and quick to explore Bern city, just a short 3-minute ride away. The location was also convenient for those traveling by car, as it was just off the motorway.

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable, affecting our overall sleep quality.

Beautiful hotel, cozy atmosphere, convenient location near train station, free transportation card, supermarket next door, great value for money.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely amazing! They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. They even resolved a parking issue we had immediately. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the rooms were spotless and the common areas were tidy. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to free train/bus/tram tickets. It made exploring the city and surrounding areas so convenient.

The parking fees were quite expensive at CHF 30 per night, which added to the overall cost of the stay. the bed in our room was too hard for our liking, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I loved the modern and vibrant lobby at Moxy, with its board games, Nintendo, and cozy fireplace. It was a refreshing change from other hotels where I usually stay cooped up in my room. Plus, the free transport card made it a breeze to explore the city, despite the hotel not being right in the center.

Secondly, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I loved the funky design throughout the hotel. Lastly, the basic amenities were provided, and I particularly enjoyed sipping a glass of beer in the room.

The hotel could improve on the soundproofing of the rooms.
